F.I.J.
The series « F.I.J. » (acronym of "effigy") is, as in « F and D », the result of unchecked accidents due to the unnatural use of the computing devices. The original image is always extracted without retouch of a movie of fiction (Truffaut, Polanski, etc.). Eric Rondepierre chose to take close-up of actress's face and offers us their deteriorated portrait : Laura, Véronique, Irène, etc. These first names (titles of the works) send back directly in conformance with the movie (Véronique = Véronique's double life). The sizes are diversified : from 40 x 60 cm to 115 x 240 cm. The series includes about fifteen pieces.
